Product Overview
This product consists of highly pure, intact extracellular vesicles (EVs) isolated and purified from bone marrow-derived MSC (BMMSC) culture supernatant using the PS affinity method. In addition to the standard EV markers CD9, CD63, and CD81, positive expression of CD59 and CD73 — well-established markers of MSC-derived EVs — has also been confirmed. The product is suitable for use as a positive control or reference standard in EV research.

Evaluation of Anti-inflammatory Activity
This product was added to cultured monocytes stimulated with 0.25 EU/mL LPS, and the anti-inflammatory activity (suppression of NF-κB signaling) was evaluated using the LumiMAT™ Pyrogen Detection Kit, a pyrogen detection system utilizing NF-κB signaling as a readout.
[Result]
This product exhibited concentration-dependent anti-inflammatory activity.
