Notice: Change of E-commerce Services
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for trusting FUJIFILM Wako Chemicals U.S.A. Corporation (FUJIFILM Wako) to meet your chemical needs. We are announcing that effective October 1st, 2024, FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, Inc. will take over commercial operations for FUJIFILM Wako's LAL, Lab Chemicals and Automation divisions. There will be no change to the manufacturing of the products of those divisions by the virtue of this reorganization.
By consolidating the sales of products for life science customers with FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, our collective customers can easily receive an expanded range of products from a single supplier.
What will change in October?
From October 1st, 2024, all orders will be received and processed by FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific through a dedicated sales and customer service team. You will place purchase orders with FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, not FUJIFILM Wako.
There will be no changes made to product availability or pricing by virtue of this reorganization. This website will continue to be your go-to source for technical information and the latest news and updates about our products.
How does this affect e-commerce?
To accommodate changes that need to be made for the transition, we will be unable to accept e-commerce orders beginning August 31st, 2024. FUJIFILM Wako products will be available to purchase online again starting October 1st, 2024 on the FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific website.

Cancelling open orders
To cancel open orders yourself, please log into your account and go to order history from My page. Select the open order(s) and click on the "Order Cancel Request" button, enter your password, and click on "Send order cancel request" button in order to complete the cancelation.
